
Booking Policy

Booking & Payment
​All courses must be booked and paid for in advance via the online booking system.
Your place is confirmed once full payment has been received.
Places are limited to keep the course small and supportive.

Cancellations & Refunds
​If you need to cancel your booking:
A full refund is available up to 14 days before the course start date
Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable
Once the course has started, refunds cannot be issued
If you are unable to attend after booking, you are welcome to transfer your place to another person,
provided I am informed in advance.

Missed Sessions
Unfortunately, missed sessions cannot be refunded or rescheduled. The course is planned as a progressive series, and each session builds on the last.

Course Changes or Cancellation
​In the unlikely event that the course needs to be cancelled or rescheduled by the tutor, you will be offered:
A full refund, or
The option to transfer your booking to a future course

Materials
All core materials are provided unless otherwise stated. You are welcome to bring your own sketchbooks or preferred tools if you wish.
