Service Description
Join Rachel at The Garden Room Studio in Aylsham for a relaxed and creative collage workshop inspired by birds, colour and playful design. In this small-group session, you’ll create your own characterful bird artwork using hand-painted papers, patterned materials and mixed media techniques. Rachel will guide you through simple processes including creating collage papers, cutting, layering and arranging shapes to build your composition. There will also be opportunities to add detail using dip pens, watercolour, pencils and decorative touches such as washi tape. This workshop is suitable for all abilities, including complete beginners. Whether you enjoy birds, collage, colour or simply want time to make something unique, this session offers a welcoming space to experiment and create. You’ll leave with a finished illustration to take home. Materials provided. Refreshments included. Limited spaces.

Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment All places must be booked and paid for in advance via the online booking system. Your place is confirmed once full payment has been received. Cancellations & Refunds Due to the small group nature of the course, bookings are non-refundable once the course has started. If you need to cancel before the course begins, refunds are available up to 14 days before the start date. After this point, refunds cannot be issued, but you are welcome to transfer your place to someone else with prior notice. Missed Sessions If you are unable to attend a session, unfortunately, missed classes cannot be refunded participate may be given the option to rescheduled their paid session. Materials and session content are planned as part of a progressive course. Course Changes In the unlikely event that the course needs to be cancelled or rescheduled by the tutor, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future course. Materials Art materials will be available during sessions; more details will be outlined in the course description. However, for some workshops, participants are encouraged to bring their own sketchbooks and preferred drawing tools if they have them. Accessibility & Wellbeing The course is designed to be calm, supportive, and inclusive. If you have any access needs or questions before booking, please get in touch and I’ll be happy to discuss them with you. Late Arrivals Please try to arrive on time so the workshop can begin smoothly. If you arrive late, you are welcome to join the session, but the workshop will continue as planned. Minimum Numbers Workshops require a minimum number of participants to run. In the unlikely event that a workshop needs to be cancelled due to low bookings or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another session. By booking a place, you agree to the terms outlined above.
