From My Norfolk Studio
My textile pieces are created in my home studio in North Norfolk, surrounded by the countryside that inspires much of my work. Here, drawing, paint, fabric and free-motion embroidery come together to create pieces full of texture, character and individual detail.
I work with a growing collection of vintage and preloved textiles, choosing fabrics for their colour, pattern and history and giving them a new life within each piece.
Beyond the
Barn Door
Beyond the Barn Door is a new collection celebrating the quiet beauty of a traditional countryside farmyard.
Inspired by North Norfolk, it features curious hens, proud cockerels, wildflowers pushing through old stone paths, delicate butterflies, dragonflies and the wildlife that shares these forgotten corners.
Each piece is handcrafted using vintage and repurposed fabrics, capturing the warmth, charm and nostalgia of rural life.
